Jennifer Moranda M.D.


As a physician with the Mountain View Family Medical group, I enjoy serving patients of all ages including families with young children. I joined Mountain View Family Medical in August 2006 following the completion of my family practice residency at Mercy Medical Center, Redding. I am a 2003 graduate of the University of California Davis School of Medicine.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of being a family practice physician is my ability to interact with the entire family. I am fortunate enough to take care of not only young children, but their families as well. I can see first hand how important the family structure is in the lives of our children. My work as a Commissioner for First 5 Shasta is giving me the opportunity to take the needs I see in my day to day interactions with children and their families and help implement programs that will benefit young children in Shasta County.
