This class will explore maintaining and nourishing post-partum intimacy in your relationship. We will explore post-partum limitations, learn techniques to increase communication, explore expectations, and develop alternative approaches to intimacy and connection.
This class is taught by certified Doula, Lactation Educator, and Intimacy coach Christina McCabe.

Join us for a fun community event and help raise awareness for autism spectrum disorders and other disabilities. Our annual event, Airports for Autism, will include a 5k race, 2-mile fun walk, silent auction and community fair. This event offers a unique racing experience as registered participants will be able to walk or run down Benton Airpark's runway.
